Proverb 28:20

A faithful man will be richly blessed.

Father, what would you like to show me about this verse?

All blessing is from me. Riches and glory are in my hand. They are in my hand for me to give to you. All riches and blessings flow out from me and I have created them all for you.
I want to bless you. I long to release my good riches to you and to shower them upon you. A plumber plumbs, carpenters do carpentry work. I am the Lord God who blesses you and empowers you to prosper.

You have written on Proverb 10: 22 yourself; you know what it says in the Hebrew, “The blessing of the Lord brings wealth, and your toil adds nothing to it.” My deeply held desire is for my children to understand that I want to bless them and for you all to allow me that opportunity. I want to pour out all of my goodness on you. I want to bless every area of your life. I want to promote you and give you all of the good things of life. Many of my children won’t let me because they have a poverty mentality deep in their soul. I want to open your heart so that you receive my words and believe me. I want to prosper you so that you will have everything you need and even the things you want.

Stop striving to succeed. Stop worrying about prosperity. They are in me. Just seek me. Expect me to give you financial blessings. I hear your heart worrying about even talking openly about money in a Christian setting but you must get past that. I want you to speak about money to my kids. I want them rolling in blessing. You are the head and not the tail. You are above and not beneath. Solomon didn’t succeed in his strength, neither did Abraham. I made them exceedingly rich. I am the Lord of prosperity. Money belongs to me and I choose to give it to you.

You are faithful and I honor and reward faithfulness. I am a rewarder. My children should be the most prosperous people on earth. Tell them I said so and lead by example. Let down your draw bridge, open the gates and let me pour out a blessing on you that you will be unable to contain. Then enjoy blessing my people.

Questions for the Lord:

  1. Father, how do I let down the drawbridge? How do I let you bless me?
  2. Father, what else would you speak to my heart about this verse and blessing?
  3. Your Question for the Lord
